What is the vision and mission of the Dream Builders Network?
Vision: To unleash God's dreams from the hearts of men.
Mission: To establish Dream Builders groups all over the world to pursue and fullfil the countless dreams that God has prepared for them to do.
How will Dream Builders accomplish the vision?
By creating a network of Christian men who desire to make a difference in life and provide them with encouragement, group mentorship, connections, and creative resources to help them fulfill their God-given dreams.
What is a Dream Builders Group?
What it is:
A regularly scheduled meeting (usually monthly) that provides encouragement, inspiration and mentorship to help members pursue their God-given dreams. It includes:
- Food (normally an early morning breakfast)
- Fellowship
- Reading the Dream Builders Creed together
- Allow each member to briefly answer “Let there be…” (their dream)
- A short teaching time to provide motivation for pursuing dreams
Discuss the dreams of the men in the group… provide feedback and direction – group mentorship. The questions that provide context for dreams are simple:
- Who do you want to help?
- How do you want to help them?
What is it not:
- Not a Bible Study, although scripture will be used.
- Not a worship service, although worship could naturally occur.
- Not an accountability group, although accountability may occur.
- Not a prayer meeting, although prayer will be a part of the meeting.
Should women be invited to the group?
Due to the intimate nature sharing dreams, it is not wise to mix genders. Therefore, each Dream Builders group is for men only. However, in time, there may also be a Dream Builders Women’s Network.
